Founder in a Miniature Pony

The mare was given homeopathic combo remedy three times a day and improved after just two days. The dose was reduced to once a day for one week to prevent the return of the condition. She was also given Equine Touch sessions daily to help body balance and reduce the pain spiral. After the third day of care she was able to trot freely and was back to full health within a week.
The following weekend she went on to win Champion Senior Mini Pony.
During care, the mare was given a natural diet with added herbs and was removed from lush grass pasture. She was exercised slowly once a day, and her teeth were treated by an Equine dentist, as she had a tooth missing which put her body out of balance. Since this full recovery, the laminitis has not returned.
